Ad Book Time is Here!

Ad book is a long standing tradition in the Northbrook Bluehawks. It is a book comprised of player well wishes and sponsor ad's, along with pictures of events during the year and all of our teams. It is a wonderful keepsake for our players and families throughout the years! Please make to participate as it is FREE and the kids LOVE the books! **The Ad Book is for ALL NBHL players (House and Travel).

Player Well Wishes Due Wednesday, 12/15

It's that time of year to start working on the ad book and sponsorship/fundraising for the Bluehawks organization! Player ad's are FREE so make sure to get yours in on time so your player can see their well wishes from their family!

· Each family in our program receives a 1/4 page ad per skater in the program. They can submit to Lauren Shandling in JPG or PDF format with a finished well-wish ad.  

· Please size your ad correctly.

· If you have one kid in the program, you get 1/4 page or equivalent to a 4" x 5.25" ad. If you have 2 kids, you receive a 1/2 page or equivalent to: 8" x 5.25" ad. You receive a full-page ad if you have three or more kids.

· Please have all ads created in COLOR.  

· Email ads to laurenshandling@gmail.com. Please put Bluehawks Ad Book in the subject line of your email.

Remember, this is 100% free, and we would love 100% participation.

Sponsorships

The second 1/2 of the ad book comes from local stores and community shops that want to support the Northbrook Bluehawks and participate with funding. All sponsorship information can be found on our website as well. 

If you bring in a "NEW" vendor, the player listed on the form will receive a portion of the funding back to their individual 2024-2025 hockey fees only if the vendor is NEW. Credits are listed below. If you are unsure if they have sponsored in the past, ask Katie Fischer.

Sponsorship opportunities are Digital, Print, Rink banners, sponsoring a specific activity, and more. We are open to working with vendors to find the right opportunities to meet their advertising needs and our program offerings.  

Credit Amounts:

$625 credit toward program fees for bringing in a Platinum Sponsor

$375 credit toward program fees for bringing in a Gold Sponsor

$100 credit toward program fees for bringing in an Silver Sponsor

Bluehawks is a 5013c not-for-profit organization, and we will provide a receipt, including the tax ID and value of the item(s).
